The hardest day

When you think of breast cancer, you probably think “women’s disease.” Most of us do. But that’s not entirely true. Breast cancer does strike far more women than men, but our husbands, fathers, brothers and sons aren’t immune.

Getting out of my head

Mall walking can be a good way to get in your training miles when, for whatever reason, you don’t want to be outside. But like everything else in life — and 3-Day training — there are pros and cons.
